In order to deeply implement the important spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress on production safety and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on production safety, fully implement the requirements of the “Work Plan for Special Inspection of Production Safety of Level 3(4) Units of CLP Haikang”, further improve the level of fine management of production safety, promote the construction of CLP Haikang's all-level production safety management system, and ensure that the situation of the company's production safety continues to be stable, the company conducted a safety inspection in Phoenix New Energy on March 21st, 2012. On March 21, 2024, a safety inspection team from the Safety Committee Office of CLP Haikang Group, led by the Deputy General Manager of CLP Haikang Group, Mr. Lin Kaihao, went deep into Phoenix New Energy to carry out a safety inspection, and invited Ke Xianjun, an expert in lithium battery safety production from CEC, to provide on-site guidance, and carried out a safety inspection of Phoenix New Energy (Huizhou) Co. The inspection team listened to Phoenix New Energy's report on production safety, and inspected the aging room, liquid injection, capacity separation and packaging workshop of Phoenix New Energy's soft package department.

The machine processing area and air compressor room of the Engineering Department, the intermediate warehouse of hazardous chemicals and the electrolyte transit warehouse of the Physical Management Department and other places were inspected. The inspection team had a detailed understanding of the site safety facilities equipped and the safe operation of production facilities. It patiently explained the hidden safety dangers found and put forward suggestions for rectification, and Phoenix New Energy accompanied the inspectors to make detailed records of the problem points. At the end of the inspection, the inspection team checked the safety accounts, summarized all the problems of the on-site inspection, held a summary meeting of the safety inspection, and asked Phoenix New Energy to complete the rectification of all the problems by the deadline.
